- The prices include water, electricity and gas consumptions. Dishware, fridge and kitchenette shall be left cleaned otherwise euro 40 will be retained from the security deposit. Weekly cleaning are not provided for during the stay. Bed linen and towels use is not included in the price. During the months of July and August: minimum stay 14 days with fixed date 1-15, 15-29, 16-30 and 17-31 For everything to be paid locally nor credit card nor check are accepted
